Susie Italiano
After a short career as a contemporary dancer, Susie realised that she was not meant to be on stage but rather belongs behind the scenes, where she can make things happen. After moving to London from Italy, she became Administrator at Improbable, then she worked in the Finance department of the Park Theatre before moving on to the Yard Theatre as their Finance and HR Manager. She also offers bespoke financial advice to artists and small theatre companies, helping them to keep their books, and file end of year accounts. Susie is also a codirector of Pinecone Performance Lab, producing HOT (Helen of Troy) at The Cockpit in February 2020.

"Susie educated me on the most complicated subjects on financial management for a small business like mine, while making it look (and sound) like the easiest topic. She is truly a Master of her sector!"  - Ada Alti, Digital & Cultural Curator
"The deadline was approaching fast; the threat of fines and all kinds of penalties loomed but as soon as Susie got involved, she reassured me and took all of the stress out of the process. I am the director of an emerging theatre company, so it was a pleasure working with Susie as she is also a theatre practitioner and really knows her stuff when it comes to theatre and finance!" - Eifion Ap Cadno, Theatre Director
