34 actors, 70 minutes of duologues!

Mon 9 Dec 2019

Produced and presented by London Actors Workshop

Hosted by The Cockpit

The end of term Show Case for our 12 Sunday Acting for Film & TV course.

We have a very wide age range this time around with many of our talented actors in their FORTIES & FIFTIES and older - most unusual and terrific for a show case of dramatic and comedic duologues!

View the actors' CVs here

The course itself also includes 3 Casting Director evenings, tons of industry & career advice, CV surgery, classes with seven different, highly experienced tutors, discounted headshots and help with all aspects of the acting business.

Classes are Sundays 10.30am – 1.30pm OR 2.30pm – 5.30pm.

Most people taking the course will have some experience (college training and be Spotlight/Mandy registered) but enthusiastic beginners are welcome as long one is prepared to get involved, be punctual, work hard and have fun. In fact, some of our least experienced actors have fully taken on board what we’ve taught them, gained representation at the Show Case and gone on to be very busy, working actors!
Excellent business guidance and a strong record of offers for representation. Alumni now working in TV, Radio, Theatre & Film!

“The training was phenomenal and I’ve learnt things which have progressed my acting skills, skills which will stay with me throughout my career. This workshop is perfect for building confidence while learning new things and having lots of fun! London Actors Workshop – giving you the tools for success!”

Our next course runs from 19th January – 5th April 2020 in Covent Garden, Central London, with our Industry Show Case on 6th April at The Cockpit.
